CHRONOLOGY

  • Virtual Equestrian Federation was founded and the initial statutes were recorded on 10/04/2019
  • The statutes of Virtual Equestrian Federation have been revised for the first time by decision of the Board on 11/04/2019

§ 1 - Name
  1. The name of the association is "Virtual Equestrian Federation". The VEF is an internationally oriented organisation of undetermined duration.
§ 2 - Membership
  1. All countries may apply for membership of the VEF. 
  2. Applications for membership are decided by the Board. Based on special reasons the Board may not accept an application for membership, which in such case should be explained.
§ 3 - Membership fee
  1. The membership fee is decided on by the Board.
§ 4 - Exclusion, Suspension, Resignation of members
  1. The Board may decide to suspend temporarily or to exclude a member not fulfilling financial obligations or not respecting the principles laid down in these statutes. 
  2. Members suspended by the VEF are not allowed to take part in any VEF activities.
  3. A member that wants to end the membership from the VEF has to inform the Board as soon as possible.
§ 5 - General Assembly
  1. The General Assembly of members is a part of VEF that might decide on future VEF activities.
  2. Each member of VEF has the right to vote at the General Assembly.
  3. Members suspended temporarily may not vote until their suspension is cancelled by the Board.
  4. The General Assembly is chaired by the VEF Presidents.
§ 6 - Functions of the General Assembly
  1. To give new ideas that could be introduced to VEF.
  2. To vote for ideas of other members of the VEF regarding future activities.
  3. To make complaints.
  4. To decide on excluding a member not respecting the principles.

§ 7 - Sessions of the General Assembly
  1. The General Assembly will convene at least once per six months of each year and whenever is required by the Board or requested by members.
  2. The invitation should be sent to all members at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the session.
  3. The members are asked to prepare a list of things they would like to discuss.
  4. In order to take valid decisions at least 1/3 of the members have to be present at a General Assembly.
  5. Voting shall be held secretly if one member so proposes.
§ 8 - The Board
  1. The Board is responsible for the overall management of the association.
  2. The Board is composed of two founders and presidents:
    • Zafira Naharis
    • Lili Lakó
  3. The Board is competent for all matters in the VEF. 
  4. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the purposes and principles of the VEF are observed, and for the general supervision of of all activities of the association.
  5. Both Presidents shall chair the meetings of General Assembly. If one is unable to do so, other one is the only member of the Board on the meeting.
§ 9 - Official language
  1. English is the official language of the VEF. All official documents will be issued in English.
  2. The Board is responsible for providing translations for members not operating English language.
§ 10 - Dissolution of VEF
  1. The dissolution of VEF can only be decided by the Board and General Assembly.
